Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. One thing that's been so annoying about Summit Dentistry, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
