They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
