On April 4th, 2011, my wife and I had a scheduled appointment for this dentist. I have used this dentist for a long time, my wife would have been on her second visit. However, on 3/29/2011, our daughter, Brielle, was born nearly one month premature. We had no way of forecasting this. Not only was she admitted into intensive care, but she was also diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and Failure to Thrive. We had stayed at the hospital with her for weeks. Following this, we received a $100 bill from this dentist's office for our "broken appointment". As result, I submitted several e-mails through the same channels I had previously used to schedule appointments, an online e-mail client. However, I never received a return response. I therefore presumed it was handled. However, I just started receiving mailed bills for this $100 "Broken Appointment" fee again.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
