They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
