From never having a cavity to being in pain all the time following her discovery of eight cavities. I've needed to follow up my visit with a root canal, appointments to fix fillings that fell out and lots of time dealing with dental fear from my experience. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow.
