They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. He also saw i had religious bumper stickers on my vehicle. Since it wasnt his religion he asked me in a angry voice "Is that needed?" I replied for me yes it is.So apparently you cant have your own religious beliefs. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I was satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. the customer's always right.
i received a bill for services that were covered under my insurance (which i have Two dental plans) here after being ther for 2.5 years they lost my primary insurance card but would not admit that they did such. They had my two insurances as the same holder. I had to provide them with the insurance information again. they agian tried to coolect from me and I asked if they submitted the claim to my primary insurance and they stated they would do it again. a month later I receive a bill for the cleaning again in addition to a filling which was done. i called the office and was treated rudely by the clerk who said she is doing me a favor by submitting the claims. I asked if she submitted the claim to my primary and secondary and she said she was not going to talk to me as i was being rude since I stated that they had lost my promary information before. I then calle dmy insurance companies and they never received the claims. Dr. Lohnes is fantastic it is his reception and billing staff that are inept and rude.
