These people strung me along for a year putting me on a waiting list for new patients after my insurance company referred me to them, on an EMERGENCY REFERRAL!

They have some of the most idiotic policies I have ever seen.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.
