I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I has family go their as children in the past. now i am trying to get my daughter in their and they have not returned voicemails and when i did get threw to the office the woman who answered the phone told me she was on a long distance call and asked me to call back. very bad customer service!!
The facility waiting room is small, stuffy, and cramped. Not a pleasant waiting experience at all. The receptionist who schedules appointments is not accommodating at all. She will give you a very hard time scheduling appointments and heaven forbid you have to call up and cancel an appointment. She will then give you the most difficult time re-scheduling. She will only give you one day and time to choose from in a whole month's time period and makes you feel like you committed a serious crime by calling to reschedule. You could tell her a million times that you need to bring in your child after 3 p.m. and she will continue only offering morning times if she offers anything at all. Not at all the type of service one expects after paying thousands of dollars for braces. I wish I had taken my child elsewhere, but since the braces are already on I feel I should stay. It's gonna be a very difficult two years.
