My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was hoping they would give me some sort of local anesthetic during my procedure, but when I asked them for some, they didn't even respond. It didn't feel like they cared very much about my level of comfort. On top of that, Dr. Gaska is the worst dentist ever!!

Never mind those hopeless, narrow minded, want to be critics. I have sat at the ADO reception and watch and heard unhappy people, that think service is only for them. I have watch reception and manager dealt with selfished, cranky people that do not understand quality of treatmen and ethics of professionalism. I had to congratulate the staff at the ADO, for keeping a cool attitude and self control standars to a level of professionalism against a self centered egothistic public.
Services at this White Plains office it has been and still is, incredibly professional.
