They seem competent but don't let that fool you. They contacted my insurance company for "pre-approval" of various dental procedures before even telling me that I needed anything done! When the approval was obtained they tried to schedule me for several invasive, sugical procedures WITHOUT EVER TELLING ME WHY THE PROCEDURE / SURGERY WAS NEEDED. No diagnosis, no explanation just, "This was approved by your insurance, we need to schedule it." And don't even try to call and ask the dentist a question either before or after a procedure. I called twice (once last year and once this year) and was only able to get a receptionist or a hygienist, I was never able to speak w/ a dentist but rather I was told I could make an appointment to speak w/ a dentist. I do NOT recommend this dental practice - their practice is bordering on fraudulent.

Not at all, other dentists have told me to avoid him/her
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified
