I have been going to this dentist for several years now. They are always very busy and it does not seem like if they lose a patient they would care or even notice. I was running late for an appointment and wanted to come 30 minitues later. The receptionist said "no, we are a busy office and you can not come later". The only other appointment she had was 5 weeks away. I already waited 4 weeks for this appointment??? I informed the person that I would be looking for another dentist with more availability. That statement ment nothing and she replied "do you want an appointment or not Miss?" The dentist is not the most careful, he nicked a crown and broke the seal. When I pointed it out he said "well you need to replace that one anyway, it's old" I don't think I would recommend this office to anyone. If I find somewhere else I will definately go there.

He's the best! I've traveled 6 hours home just to have my teeth fixed. I've had many dentists in my 20 years in the USA and he's the best; I've stayed w/ him in and out of state for 14 years. The staff can be annoying and controlling of his time but he's still worth the wait.
