While the staff was friendly, the office was clean, and the hygienist was wonderful, I received a phone call "congratulating" me on pre-approved treatment by my insurance that we had never discussed. I feel the office takes advantage of insurance that will pay for treatment yet I am NOT going to have unnecessary dental treatment. Also, I am not welcome in the office with my children to discuss cleaning/treatment. It WAS discussed with them, however. Not good practice - they are not able to choose or pay for it!

He's probably the best dentist I've ever had. His staff have been wonderful.
