My experience at Downtown Dental office was a great. I have never been treated with such courtesy and politeness with a smile on the receptionist
at the front window when I went to register which me feel comfortable and surprised. When it was time to go in Dr. Mead office his assistant was so polite and caring when she was talking to me. All my fear about seeing a Dentist went away it was like if I had known them for a long time. Dr. Mead was also very friendly at the same time and professional he explained his treatment plane and I understood it very well. If I had known this Dental office had such great staff I would have come along time ago. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
I would recommend Downtown Dental to anyone the needs to see a Dentist.

The office is both extremely professional and friendly. To say a dentist office staff is warm and inviting seems like a silly thing to say, but it is so true. I saw Dr Meade who made what was obviously a hideous job feel like no big deal. I will always remember the fact that they at all times did not judge or make me feel uncomfortable. I know how much work and effort went into my now healthy mouth, even if they didn't make a big deal about how much work it was.
