My appointments was given over the counter, looks like grocery shop. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I could tell that they didn't practice good oral hygiene and it made me doubt that they really knew what they were talking about. It didn't look like they practiced what they preached.
