They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
