They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Rudest practice I have ever been to in my life. I will never ever go back. Dentist is arrogant, and nasty. Not a nice combination while he is pulling your teeth.

Absolutely awful experience. Extremely cold and unfriendly office, the nurse was not even sure what I was having done, and I had to inform her. Dentist is not friendly, bordering on arrogant. Procedure started with me being held down by the shoulders while novacaine administered. I felt lots of tugging and pressure and the dentist, said in a very annoyed tone "YOU, shouldn't be feeling anything" After the work was done, and with the cotton still in my mouth, you are taken down a BACK hallway, given a bill, which was incorrect as to my address (Brewster instead of South Salem) insurance information wrong, and an annoyed secretary that I was trying to correct the information. They want immediate payment, and then right out the door into the parking lot. VERY VERY COLD EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately, I had to come back because of stitch removal. When you walk in, no one greets you, no one asks how you are. Very very bizarre place. When the charmer DDS found out I wasnt having implants, HE WAS VERY MUCH DONE WITH ME, AND LOOKED IRRITATED AND HIS TONE WAS ANNOYED. My dentist will no longer refer patients here due to numerous similar complaints. A word to the wise. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST.
