Con artists, no morals. Romper Room! Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional dental practice.

This narrative is of an experience I had three years ago with this office. First off, I never got to see the dentist I made the appointment with in the group. I had scheduled an appointment for a prophy (cleaning) and an exam. I wound up getting X-rays that I did not want as they won't treat you without them. They even repeated x-ray views due to the doctor wanting more before he even met me. I was told that the x-rays are "good" for 6 months! I didn't know x-rays expire. Then, they did not have time to do the cleaning! I was told that it would be "just a polishing anyway" . They wanted me to schedule expensive and surgical periodontal quadrant scaling. I told them repeatedly that I was on Plavix and I could not come off of it for a procedure like that, but they still wouldn't reschedule a standard prophy! They even said that my BNL insurance was not insurance but a "discount" dental plan. Their staff was a mix of friendly (x-ray) and not friendly (desk/office manager, I think) A woman with a painful emergency came in while I was waiting and was sent away as they could not fit her in!! I should have walked out then and spared myself the wasted x-rays, insurance benefits and time. What will YOU DO?
