Very unprofessional and highly unethical practices by "new" hygienist, as well as, the billing department/office manager. Dr. Fisher and "Montana" were very nice and respectful I must admit (had one visit with them). However, Do NOT send your teen in to have worked performed own their own (ours was college aged). Please reconsider sending your children there at all and do not leave them unattended. On top of an extremely unethical situation with our son, our insurance was billed for a very expensive service that was NOT performed on myself. The paperwork was backdated to a date at least one month prior to my even becoming a patient at this office. The office manager is very rude when you make any attempt to discuss coverage by insurance and/or out of pocket costs. Upon completion of services for the day, you are very quickly scooted up to the front desk after any visits and immediately scheduled for every expensive work to be performed even though you would like to look into coverage or costs beforehand. You are treated as if you have a 3rd eye because you inquire about price and coverage. BEWARE! And Dr. Green never introduces himself to new patients nor calls you back to discuss any problems or questions. We truly wish Dr. Fisher had her own practice but needless to say our family, friends, co-workers, neighbors and acquaintances will not be going back. You will NOT be told that they are out of network. You will be rushed to have services performed and scheduled for further work without the opportunity of having a pre-auth pre-cert done or finding out what will be paid or not paid. BEWARE.
