I had been a customer for many years when they had a young Jewish dentist there who was nice & professional. Lately, they have this tall Spanish dentist there who allows the women in the office to be rude. I took my son there for an appointment when he was still a teen. This assistant who I had never seen before turns to me while I was in the room with my son and asked "who are you"? Very Impolite. Another time, I had forgotten my appointment which had never happened before. I got a call from the office & they said I could come in if I could get there right away. I got there within the time they said & then this women who is probably the office manager begins to reprimand me. Then another time, I got there & before my son even so the dentist,the women tells me that I owe money. She could have waited until the visit was done before approaching me like that since I have been with them for a long while. Well,needless to say, I don't go to that hell hole anymore.
