The office is clean and peaceful, a bit sparse. The staff is pleasant. The restrooms are clean. The only 2 problem I have with this office is that no one told me when we were nearing and exceeding my daughters insurance benefit amount, going over by nearly $600 in just 3 visits. The extent of the work needed was not fully explain beyond "she needs a few fillings". The dentist we had used prior, who had relocated, always told us exactly what was needed and how much our insurance would pay BEFORE the work was done. Then, after we had been unable to pay the amount, one of the receptionists called to warn us that the account was about to go to collections. The thing that bothered me, though, was that she assumed the reason we hadn't paid was because we were spending our money buying expensive Christmas gifts for our children. She would not let me get a word in edgewise to explain the reason was, in fact, that my daughters father had had repeated problems with a heart condition this past year which put him in the hospital no less than 7 times, which depleted his sick days, personal days, and vacation days, which meant much of his time off work was unpaid and he did not have disability insurance to cover that time. I don't know what gave her the idea but I found it upsetting and very inappropriate. I understand we owe a debt for services rendered, I know it is part of her job to collect it, but it is not her job to assume the reason the debt has not been paid, and certainly not to make such an accusation.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
