NOT SO AFFORDABLE DENTURES, WENT IN TO THE ROCHESTER NY OFFICE ON DEWEY AVE. IN GREECE ALMOST 2 YRS \AGO FOR A FRONT TOOTH IMPLANT. THE FIRST VISIT THEY WERE GREAT TILL THEY TOOK MY CHECK FOR OVER 2000. DOLLARS FOR MY PAYMENT UP FRONT,THEN THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN. AFTER ABOUT 6-7 MONTHS I FINALLY HAD MY IMPLANT PUT IN . IT DIDNT LAST A MONTH AND FELL OUT HAD TO GO BACK FOR A SECOND OPERATION, AND AFTER ONE YEAR STILL DONT HAVE MY SECOND IMPLANT WAS TOLD ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AFTER MY TOOTH IMPRESSION THAT IT WOULD BE IN WITHIN 30 DAYS BY DOCTOR HULBERTON, AFTER 2 MONTHS I STARTED CALLING TO GET A UPDATE ON THE IMPLANT. I WAS TOLD ON 3 DIFFERENT DATES THAT THE DOCTOR WOULD CALL ME BACK, AND HE NEVER DID. ON THE 1ST OF JULY MY PARTIAL THAT THEY PUT IN FELL OUT WHILE I WAS EATING A SANDWHICH AND I ENDED UP BITING IT INTO 4 PIECES AND ALMOST CHOKING TO DEATH WHEN I CALLED THAT AFTERNOON THE CALLS WERE GOING TO A CALL CENTER. BECAUSE THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED FOR THE 4TH OF JULY VACATION WEEK, SO I SPENT THE 4TH OF JULY AND WENT TO 3 GRADUTION PARTYS LOOKING LIKE THE TOOTHLESS WONDER. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM I FINALLY GOT A APPIONTMENT TO GET IN THINKING MY TOOTH WAS READY. SUPRISE NO TOOTH WHEN I ASKED DOCTOR HULBERTON WHY MY IMPLANT WASNT IN HE HAD NO ANSWER AND KEPT AVOIDING MY QUESTION. HE SAID THEY NEED MORE IMPRESSIONS, ITS THE LABS FAULT ECT.ECT.ECT. WAS TOLD THAT AFTER A 3 HOUR WAIT. I HAVE GONE BACK THERE AT LEAST 9 TIMES MISSING WORK OR LEAVING WORK EARLY TO GET TO MY APPIONTMENT THROUGH THIS WHOLE PROCESS AND HAVE SPENT NUMEROUS HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM AND HAVE SPENT MORE THAN DOUBLE THE MONEY THAT I COULD HAVE HAD IT DONE FOR ELSEWHERE AT A REPUTABLE DENTIST OFFICE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE TO SAY THE LEAST WHILE SITTING IN THE WAITNG ROOM FOR HOURS I KEPT HEARING MORE AND MORE NIGHTMARE STORIES ABOUT THIS PLACE THEY REALLY DONT DESERVE A HALF STAR MY NEXT STEP IS TO CONTACT NEWS TEAM 10 FOR A INVESTIGATION AND TO EXSPOSE THIS PLACE FOR WHAT IT REALLY IS A SCAM THEY WILL GO THERE AND INTERVIEW PATIENTS AS THEY COME TO AND LEAVE THIS NIGHTMARE MAYBE SOME T.V. EXPOSURE WILL GET PEOPLE SOME RELIEF AVOID THIS PLACE EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WILL DO IT FOR FREE BECAUSE IT STILL WOULDNT GET DONE RIGHT OR RIGHT OF WAY BUYER BEWARE

Have not seen dentist even once since procedure. Dentures have not fit since day 1. 5 months later and i am still unable to eat with dentures in due to being too loose. They fall out when I am speaking, even when I sneeze. Despite having scheduled appts, I have had to wait on average 1 to 2 hours to be seen. Attempting to have dentures adjusted to fit, not once have i seen dentist and the only thing they have done to adjust is use the fill in that you can buy over the counter and do yourself at home, the last time this was done it was done by the receptionist, not even one of the assistance. After spending over $4000, I would hope to have a denture that I can actually eat with. I have lost 20 lbs since procedure. They are so uncomfortable I have to remove them as soon as I am out of the public. The temporary denture which you have to have for 9 mo to a year is falling apart... Cracks, rough edges and don't yellow. Very unhappy
