Although Dr Fazio is lovely, the office staff is terrible and rude. I feel very uncomfortable with the way I was spoken to and I don't think I would be able to return to deal with them again. I called to speak with the doctor about this and he wasn't given the messages. They continue to call me about a small balance and wont tell him I want to speak with him. Its terrible that he doesn't know and wont know about this. Unprofessional to say the least.
