Dr. Gelman is an amazing dentist and a great person to have on your side. The office staff, however, is rude and sometimes plain mean, so it's annoying to go there, but I wouldn't let anyone else touch my mouth. It's a pain to go to the office, but a pleasure to see Dr. Gelman. I've been going there for over ten years and nothing changes - you just have to suck it up (no pun intended).

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
