Jack Casale is the worst dentist I have ever been to. He misdiagnosed a painful tooth I had and insisted that it needed root canal. I asked him if there was ANY possibility that the pain could be temporary and the root could be saved and he said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I believed him and scheduled an appointment for the root canal procedure. Luckily I changed my mind when I found out he would not perform an electrical test on the nerve. PS- the pain went away all by itself. Plus, Dr. Casale was extremely rude. I merely asked him which number tooth needed the root canal. He said number 6 but I counted 5. And for that he accused me of "playing dentist". I was never once rude to him or disrespectful. He has a very arrogant and condescending attitude.
