This place is terrible. They're completely insensitive when a patient feels any pain and reacts with a moan or groan. At one point Dr. Williams(the husband)even partially extracted my tooth. I felt the roots tearing. It hurted so bad and I moaned just a little. His reaction to my moan was refusing to continue to work on me. This place is asking for a lawsuit. If he would've left that tooth in my mouth like that I would've sued him.
Also, their records are out of order because I mentioned that he pulled one of my teeth before and he checked my chart and told me his wife did it, when I know for a fact he did it. My first visit back in 2012 was not like this. I was pleased with my service. But on this last occasion, I was floored. The service was unacceptible. Maybe Dr. Williams has lost his passion for dentistry and his career has become just a job. Well I wish him the best but I will never return back there. Thanks, but no thanks.
