I've had issues before with the billing woman that works for Dr. Hays, but about two weeks ago she demanded me to pay in full the amount that I owed. She also told me what I owed before I even sat down in the waiting room, even though the work wasn't finished. She has a terrible attitude and this caused a fight in the office, which was totally uncalled for. This dental office doesn't care about their patients, all they care about is the money. I had tried calling Dr. Hays to speak to her about the incident, but she refused to call me back and instead sent me a horrible letter in the mail. How dare anyone do this to a patient, especially since I have other family members that come to her, and I've been a patient for a while now. I suggest no one come here.

I had started a new job and had new insurance, I had called to ask if my insurance was accepted and was told yes. After visitng I received a bill because low and behold my insurance was not accepted. The visit had gone great, she was the best dentist I have used thus far, however her office is not run by competent people apparently. To make matters even worse, my bill was sent to collections without having reached out to me in months! Shame on them!
