They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.

They quality of the cap was poor though and was not made from the correct material. The dentist I went to to have it replaced did A MUCH better job.
