When I first visited this practice I was very happy with the professional atmosphere and cleanliness. I have dental insurance and I wanted to make sure I used all my available insurance for that year so it would not go to waste. They assured me that they would be able to give me a crown this year and next year other work could be done. That did not happen and it is December 29th.
I was really upset when I called with an emergency toothache and had no way to get there. Being a Registered Nurse for 20 years I knew I needed an antibiotic. I had had this issue before and they told me they could do nothing until I saw the dentist however, that would be in 5 days. Can you imagine walking around with a painful infected tooth for 5 days!. There answer was "sorry your schedule does not work with ours." I had some antibiotics left over at home which I will take until I can call me previous dentist. Good dentist until you have an emergency then your in big trouble.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
