I was in utter agony the whole time and for days after the procedure. I was left with lasting pain as my tooth broke after an unnecessary procedure to replace my fillings. I initially went in for a teeth cleaning and immediately was being told I needed my fillings replaced, though I never had a problem with them. I took their advice. He did not do a thorough cleaning of my teeth. The day I went to replace the fillings, he shot me up with so much Novocaine it took almost 6 hours to start feeling my mouth again. The new fillings gave me an uneven bite that caused me a migraine for days. I went to have them reshaped, and he didnt even use a topical anesthetic. It was completely unbearable. I went for a 4th appointment to show them my tooth had broken after my last appointment, causing me severe nerve pain and explained I'd been unable to eat, suffering from migraines and missed work. The couple (dentist and wife) immediately became aggressively defensive. They took xrays and refused to acknowledge it was a broken tooth. I will go for a second opinion to a new doctor and take action from there. They were not clear with me when I asked if they were in network/accepted my insurance. All they said was they accepted my insurance and failed to note that I was not in network, which I thought was implied, but they are vague about everything when you ask questions. Everytime you go into an appointment the receptionist who is the Dentist's wife consults with him in another language for 10-15 minutes before allowing you to enter. Never are your questions or concerns met with actual deference let alone responded to. The dentists favorite thing to say to your questions is "OK." and "Thats OK." and "Thats normal." I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. This experience has cost me time, work and good will. When I tried to address the concerns with them they both became extremely unprofessional, yelling and accusing me of just wanting my money back for work completed. It turned into the most surreal dentist office experience I've ever had as they both yelled at me unthruths and accusations when I demanded a refund. In reality, I had my wisdom teeth taken out from underneath my gums and two other teeth removed the same day without going under at the age of THIRTEEN and had a less painful and easier recovery than I did having fillings replaced. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The dentist is very cold - I felt like I was just another patient, almost as if I was wasting his time. The office itself was old and I didn't feel like it was very well maintained. Recently I requested to have my xrays sent to my dentist (there was no way I was going back to them!) and I left 3 messages on their voicemail b/c no one was answering during office hours. They never returned my calls until I FINALLY caught them in the office one day. What a hassle!
