Very bad experiences! I was seen by Dr Napoli throughout the last few months. She took out a perfectly good filling and replaced it because she said it would have possible given me problems in the future. I have had problems with this tooth ever since she touched it. I went back to complain and she put in yet another filling: a "white filling" which she failed to tell me costs $125. A day later, I am still having the same problem with the same tooth. It was tough for me and my husband get an appointment for an annual check up and cleaning so here I am am 2 days after seeing that Dentist and I seeing another Dentist in the office: Dr Park. We both went in back to back appointments: my husband came out upset and said he needed a crown. I went in, she examined me and said ... I need a crown. We spoke about the tooth that Dr Napoli just worked on 2 days prior... she said I should put a crown on it. She said the tooth on the bottom should get a crown and I need a filling on the other side redone. When I went to the desk to check out the woman was rude to me and my husband (Too long a story to share). When I was waiting to make an appointment the (Also another rude employee) - A patient walked out that the Dr saw after me and what do you know.... she needs a crown! What is going on here???? It would seem they are recommending things be done that don't really need to be done. This is terrible!
