I had enough of a negative feeling from dealing with the receptionist to seek care elsewhere. I'm not saying that they were so far over a line as to be unprofessional. I will say that the staff of the dental providers whom I saw before and after Dr Fishman were sociable, flexible and made me feel comfortable with the experience. The opposite was true at Dr Fishman's office. To be totally transparent in revealing the "straw that broke the camel's back", I was late by under 10 minutes for my appointment and was told that I would have to reschedule for several weeks in the future. When I questioned how did this rigid policy toward tardiness relate to the fact that I had previously waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to see the Doctor they "refused to discuss it". Whether they were correct or not in this instance I found more human faces on problem resolution elsewhere.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Dr Fishman is very nice. The receptionist is a NASTY lady!! Rude and disgusting.
