THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS.. I WORK AT A FACILTY AND SCHEDULE APPTS FOR OUR RESIDENTS AND WHEN I CALL TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. ,I EITHER GET HUNG UP ON OR I AM PUT ON HOLD FOR 30 MIN.. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFFESIONAL.. THEY NEED TO GET MORE THAN ONE SECRETARY,AND TEACH THEM NOT TO HANG UP ON PEOPLE OR CONSTANTLY PUT THEM ON HOLD.. BETTER SERVICE PEOPLE...

The people there are very, very nice but the office SUCKS. They are extremely overbooked. Had 2 appointments today; one at 2:00 and one at 3:00. I didn't get into the 2:00 appointment until 2:30. Ended up cancelling the 3:00 appointment when at 3:45 I still wasn't in, and they said it was going to be an additional 45 minute wait. They need to learn how to schedule appointments better. I'm seriously considering finding another dentist because of this.
