When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
