Bad experience at this dental office with manager Kathy either she didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to me as I was explaining to her that I was in very bad pain and that I needed to see my dentist. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there for help PLEASE. This wasn't my first time I walked into their office that, I immediately was treated wrongly they were absolutely horrible to me . I was in PAIN and Kathy kept on ignoring that I needed treatment not her fowl mouth. It made me nauseous I needed help. I felt very rushed when I got there. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored my that I was in PAIN. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite and NASTY but yes they charged my Dental Plan quickly and without notice. Please beware of this Dental Office and no I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE..
