They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Very nice office but patients are paying for it, I did not like seeing different Drs. each visit. Felt like a number.

These orthodontists are wonderful -- so kind and gentle with my daughter. She's just 9, but they make a point of talking to her, rather than over her head to my husband and me, which I think really helps her feel better. They were recommended to us by both our regular dentist and family members, so we didn't shop around -- can't comment on whether their price is competitive, but it seems reasonable. Their current office is small and not well marked, but they're moving very soon to a larger building on Rt 5 which should be easier to locate.
