They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The doctor tried to talk me into getting a treatment done that was not really necessary. He screamed at his staff in front of everyone. This made me feel very uncomfortable. And he made me wait while he had his staff meeting in the waiting area which cause me to spend three hours in the office for my teeth to be cleaned.
