"Treated" my parents when we arrived in America. Recommended they get amalgam fillings in healthy teeth since they had medicaid. She explained that they may as well get all their teeth filled while they have insurance because later, if they will be uninsured, it will be expensive to get their teeth fixed. Preyed on trusting immigrants and committed medicaid fraud. Unfortunately, it was so long ago that nothing can be done at this point.
