They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was not satisfied with my visit... not much was accomplished and I felt confused and uneasy upon leaving. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.

This doctor likes to make patients pay ca$h for procedures that are fully covered by their insurance plans, so he blatantly lies to the patients telling them that they have no coverage for such and such kinds of dental work. His staff gets to be very rude, too. I could not possibly recommend such "doctor" to anyone. Stay away.
