I chose to go to Air Touch Dental Brothers for my bi-yearly exam and cleaning because it was around the corner from my house and also under the coverage of my insurance company.

I arrived to the office at 10am (my appointment time) and proceeded to wait in the lobby for almost 30 minutes. When I was finally called into the dentists chair, I set up to receive X Rays, for which they required me to put my own finger inside of my mouth to hold them in place. Now, I don't think that this was such a big deal, but I feel that it is worth mentioning since they did not provide anywhere for me to wash my hands before this process. Afterwards, I was moved into another room where I waited another 15 minutes, with no further instruction or information from any doctor or hygienist.

When my doctor arrived, he told me that my X-Rays looked good. He then proceeded to lecture me for not wearing my retainers as often as I should (I had braces 9 years ago) and tell me that I "HAVE" to get Invisalign treatment from his office.

He gave me a quick rinse with a water spaying dental tool and polished my teeth, WITHOUT EVER EXAMINING THEM. He then told me to come back in 6 months after seeing me for a total of less than 10 minutes.

When I questioned the fact that he never checked my gums or my tongue he decided it was his place to tell me that I had an attitude problem.

I have been to many different dentists in my time, and have never ever encountered someone not only so unprofessional but so oblivious to the duties of his own job.


THE DENTIST NEVER PROBED MY TEETH TO CHECK FOR SENSITIVITY OR PAIN.

THE DENTIST NEVER LOOKED AT MY GUMS.... AT ALL!! HE NEVER CHARTED MY TEETH OR CHECKED FOR GUM RECESSION.

THE DENTIST NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY TONGUE OR ANY OF THE SKIN OF MY MOUTH (MUCOSA).

THE DENTIST NEVER ASKED IF I WAS OKAY OR IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.


DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recommend dr. Igor to everyone. He's office doesnt look modern and professional but he listens, cares about his patients and does a great job. Ps If u want metal free crowns you have to tell him at the beginning.
