Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
