They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional.
