Have been with this dentist for years. Lately tho he seems to have become less meticulous, even rather sloppy....serveral times have had to go back to correct things that weren't done right. I don't have dental coverage; his prices are HIGH. No discounts offered which is fine. But if I'm paying 5th Avenue prices, I want 5th Avenue service. Office staff are very nice but as another reviewer has stated it is not unusal for them to call saying they have to reschedule your appointment. When I complained was told that when patients cancel on them they have to shuffle everyone around. My question is, why do so many patients cancel? Maybe I'm not the only one who has seen a decline in service. Maybe the doc will read this and step it up. I hope so because he was a decent dentist and to start all over with a new one isn't easy but will do it if necessary.
