Family Dental Group is a four-location group dental practice providing high quality dental care through the Hudson Valley in Brewster, Fishkill, Jefferson Valley and New York City since 1980. We cover essentially all specialty areas ensuring a full spectrum of care for our patients including general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Gelbart graduated from New York University in 1975 with a B.S. degree, and went on to graduate from the New York University School of Dentistry in 1979.
Training
Dr. Gelbart is a former NYU Clinical Assistant Professor, having trained NYU dental students for more than seven years. His continuing dental and medical practice education includes attendance at numerous symposiums and educational forums in implants, sinus lifts and bone augmentation at NYU and The Connecticut Implant Institute. He has also attended practice seminars in the rescue and repair of implants and implant-blades. In 2008, he attended the prestigious Vegas Institute for Cosmetic and Neuromuscular Dentistry.
Dr. Gelbart focuses on keeping up-to-date with all of the latest advancements in dentistry and medical technology, enabling him to practice at the highest level of dentistry and provide the best quality of care in the field. His expertise ranges from the most challenging cosmetic and restorative dentistry treatments to the most complicated dental surgeries performed today.
