They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I was NOT impressed with their professionalism. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance.
