Terrible! The dentist that did my work was excellent. Something happened, before my work was completed, and when I showed up for what should have been one of my final visits, another dentist was substituded. It may have been Sangeeta Sethi. I was never informed that my dentist was gone, before my appointment! I have no idea what dentists are actually on staff? And those that are may only be temporary!

I had work done on both the top and bottom. She only addressed the work on the upper denture. When I asked her to check the bottom, she only expressed disdain for the work that had been done. She also spent time on the hygiene factor which was always a conflict with the care instructions from the "permanent staff".

There was, of course, problems with the original estimates and where we stand now, based on changes that were never reflected in the plan!

Find a better organization with a "full time" staff!

The above may have applied to sangeeta but the organization of Advanced Dental Of Ardsley should be carefully investigated!

I received very good care from this office. Dr. Deca did an excellent and thorough job of my cleaning and evaluation. And Dr. Berger did an excellent job on all the dental work. Would definitely recommend.
