The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
