They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the kindness of the doctor & his positive approach to providing the right type of services for my complicated case which made me & my husband feel confident and hopeful about the future. I found the office with clear directions. Before any actual work to change my smile was done, my own individual medical condition put me in the hospital with new heart symptoms & as a result I was instructed not to have dental treatment at that time. I spoke directly to Dr. Wieder by phone & he, as usual, was a good listener & showed great concern. He promised to return my downpayment & he asked me to stay in touch which I hope to do..
