I always enjoy my appointments with Dr. Kaplan. The office is very friendly, everyone I came in contact with knew what they were talking about. They were very gentle and positive throughout the cleaning and x-rays. There were no problems with billing afterwards. Overall, what one would want in a dentist in my opinion. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They always take that extra step to make me feel special.
