These guys were recommended to us by Doctor in Florida who went to dental school with Dr Cha and Dr Chen. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They recommended a lot of unnecessary cosmetic work .
I agreed only to do 2 upper front crowns. Even my insurance company denied their claim at first because it was not probably necessary. I had appointment with Dr Cha- she never came to introduce herself instead I was seeing by other dr. As result of their work my crowns came out one year later. They have fixed them at no charge. But I always had increased sensitivity to cold and hot drinks after their work. Very uncomfortable. I had crowns done with other doctors and never had any problems. But my upper front crowns always reminds me of this very bad experience.
Please, if you need dental work done do yourself a favor and find a different dentist (this is what I and my husband did). Your wallet and teeth will be much happy. If they can not do simple crowns on healthy teeth then I would not trust them with complicated cases and implants!!!!!
