It was wonderful to have such modern equipment in this Dental Care provider's office so they could take and develop x-rays right there and very speedily too! I get the feeling that I should take care of the problem myself until this Dental Care provider can get me in at their convenience. My provider is pretty proud of their expertise and I don't think they would welcome any advice from anyone else even if they can't help me. They were far too arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Had to return over 5 times! Dentures still dont fit. Dr.Li told me to hold my mouth a certain way so they would fit. I'm 84 yrs old this has been a n awful experience for me. My daughter in law brought them in some magazines because they had nothing to read in the office later than 2009! Would not refer my worst enemy to them.
